Early-bird prices will end March 13, 2026.
Online registration for in-person attendance will close on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
Other Notes
Tickets will NOT be available for purchase at the door.
Ticket Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026. Your request must include your name and e-mail address, as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.
Cancellations
To cancel, you must notify us by e-mail. Deadlines and fees for cancellations are outlined below:
Before Thursday, March 26, 2026, refund of the registration fee minus a $25 cancellation fee.
After Thursday, March 26, 2026, no refund is available.
Attendees who fail to attend will not be refunded.
